Easy meals are my favorite meals 🙌🏼
Perfect bowl for lunch. Rice, broccoli & the @mayakaimalfoods everyday Dal in the red lentil, butternut squash & coconut flavor. One of my favorite quick meals. 
I love this dal because I can put it in the microwave and it’s done in less than two minutes! Serve it with your favorite grains and veggies and you’ve got the perfect vegan meal that includes plant based protein😍 they come in a few other flavors too so the combinations are endless 👌🏼 Obsessed! #ad.

Rucola, gegrillter Pfirsich, Brombeeren, Pistazien, Mozzarella und Agavendicksaft-Senf-Dressing - ungewöhnliche Kombination, aber sehr lecker und harmonisch. 😍👌🏻 Fruchtig, bitter und scharf. So sollte auch ein gutes Olivenöl schmecken. 😉 Die Bitterstoffe kommen übrigens von den Polyphenolen = Antioxidantien, von denen im Bertolli Olivenöl ja durch die frühe Ernte besonders viel enthalten ist. 👍🏻 Habt ihr schon mal euer Olivenöl pur verkostet? Testet es einfach mal selber. 😉
Rezept Dressing:
4 EL Bertolli Natives Olivenöl Original
4 EL Essig (Äpfel oder Weißwein)
2 EL Agavendicksaft (oder Honig)
1 TL grob gemahlene Senfkörner
1/2 TL scharfer Senf
Salz & Pfeffer
Alles in ein verschließbares Glas füllen und gut schütteln bis sich alles verbunden hat. Direkt vorm Servieren über den Salat geben. Reicht für eine große Schüssel Salat.
Die Pfirsiche einfach in einer Grillpfanne ein paar Minuten anbraten, bis sie leicht karamellisieren. 🍑

Creamy chia pudding and lime matcha nice cream by  @oatmeal_stories 💚

(makes 2 servings)
Chia pudding
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup oat milk
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Place all the ingredients in a jar and mix well. Mix few more times in the first 10 minutes to avoid lumps. Place in the fridge and let soak for one hour.
Matcha lime nice cream
3 frozen bananas
1 tsp matcha powder
juice of one lime
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Enjoy!

bring a pot of water to boil & cook @eatbanza linguine to al dente (about 2 min before cook time specified on box) & reserve 1/2 c. pasta water. melt 2 tbsp unsalted butter/ghee + sauté tsp black pepper for ~1 min. add pasta water + simmer for a couple min, then add pasta + 1 c. freshly grated parm + a little more pepper & serve! it’s super yum by itself, but can also pair with some grilled veg, chicken, shrimp or fish!

Feeling that this vibrant dish must be added to menu again soon. It’s Collard Greens braised in a blend of Curry and Coconut Milk. I also added in Onions, Tomatoes, Garlic, Ginger, and a few dashes of Tamari Sauce. It’s served over a creamy bed of Cauliflower Mash. 💛 #vegetarian #vegan #curry.

Recipe: Serves 2 
160-200g pasta (depending how hungry you are)
1 cup broccoli florets (about half a large head steamed over the boiling pasta in a sieve until slightly soft, rinsed in cold water straight away)
2/3 cup packed fresh basil 
1 clove of garlic 
1/3 cup fresh frozen garden peas
1tbs nutritional yeast 
juice of half a lemon 
2tbs of water to blend

Get the pasta on to boil and steam the broccoli over the boiling pasta until slightly soft then rinse in cold water. Place all ingredients into blender and blend, add in the water 1tbs at a time just to get it going. When the pasta is cooked drain and rinse, add the pesto and mix well, return to heat and warm through for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy! 🙏
