📋 INGREDIENTS:

Biscuit Base
180g almond meal
60g melted butter
Keto Caramel Layer
1 cup heavy cream 
250g butter
5 Tbs Keto Sweetener
Chocolate Top
200g sugar-free chocolate
2Tbs coconut oil •
👨🏼‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:
•
1. Mix base layer ingredients together. Once combined, press evenly into the bottom of a small baking dish. 
2. Bake at 180C for 10 minutes (or until golden brown)
3. Melt butter in a saucepan on low heat, then add sweetener and butter.
4. Increase to medium to high heat and keep stirring until mixture has reduced down and has turned into a thick caramel consistency, with a deep golden brown colour. The caramel layer will take a good 20-30 minutes to reduce!
5. Pour over biscuit base and let cool
6. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together, pour and spread evenly over the slice!
7. Let the entire thing cool, slice and wah-lah 🙌🏼
