Protein Salted Nut Roll 🥜
If you haven’t heard, @bowmar_nutrition ‘s new dairy-free Protein Salted Caramel is BOMB AF. I just got my tub on Friday, and it’s already almost half way gone 🤭
As soon as I tasted it, a million dessert ideas popped into my head. Here’s one of them!
> 16 g @bowmar_nutrition Protein Salted Caramel
> 27 g Swerve Confectioners sugar
> 57 g marshmallow crème
> 28 g Light I Can’t Believe it’s Not Butter, melted
> 84 g caramel bits
> 60 g peanut halves
1. In a large mixing bowl, add the PSC, sugar, and marshmallow crème. Use your hands to mix it together until a dough is formed.
2. Separate the dough into three balls. Roll each one into a log shape. Then, wrap each one in a piece of parchment paper. Freeze overnight.
3. Add the butter and caramel into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20 second intervals until completely melted. Remove, stir, and let cool for half an hour.
4. Remove logs from freezer and unwrap. Use a fork to dip each one into the caramel, fully coating them.
5. Next, transfer the logs onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Press peanuts into the caramel coating, covering each log.
6. Freeze for about an hour. Remove and enjoy!

Sooooo.. as every week it’s time to get our weekly goal on paper. Sharing my goals really motivates me to keep track of them! This weeks goal is: don’t be to hard on myself.
This week is incredibly busy and I’m so strict to hit that 5/5 workouts a week, but I have to remember to rest and that there’s more to it than hitting 5/5 a week☺️. ALSOOO I’m going on holiday THIS SATURDAY WHAAAAT🤩☀️🍹.

First day of school. Second master’s degree. This time in clinical mental health counseling.
Another year of being thankful for my access to higher education. Another year of stretching myself. Another year of spending hours upon hours reading and conducting research. Another year of digging deeper into mental health. Another year of conducting interviews with women to understand their narrative surrounding body image dissatisfaction. Another year of analyzing the messages that women take in to create their current narrative.
But most importantly, another year digging deeper into finding applicable solutions for women struggling with body image dissatisfaction.
Healing our relationship with food is important. But it’s not enough. Because body image dissatisfaction runs so much deeper than a healthy relationship with food. So I’m on a mission to develop lasting protocols for women to find freedom in their bodies from a mental and physical health perspective.
All the messages today are this or that. It’s one end of the pendulum or the other. But I’m going to bridge them. I’m going to produce content for women to find healing and freedom. I’m going to help create a world that I want my future (far future) daughters to grow up in. A world where they never once think something is wrong with them because of their body. Where they know they’re more than a body. Where the feel at HOME in their body.
So here’s to my 20th year in school. And all the first day photos to follow as I continue this journey 🤣 ...

holy moly fit fam, so much has changed in the last 2 weeks for me. it has not been an easy change but i know i wouldn’t be in the position if there wasn’t a greater purpose! my life has taken a HUGE 180 turn and i’m just hoping only good things come from it! ⠀

i’m so happy to be getting back into the gym, the last two weeks i really focused on my mental health and surrounding myself with friends and family & now i’m ready to get back to my goals and crush my workouts 😈😈 ⠀
