💦The Ultimate Full Body Sweat PART 2💦 Here are circuits 3 and 4 of the bodyweight workout I posted on Wednesday. Give it a try this weekend!

✏️Start with the running interval. THEN complete 3 rounds of moves 1, 2, and 3.. Round 1: 60 seconds each move. Round 2: 45 seconds each move. Round 3: 30 seconds each move. Resting as needed.

CIRCUIT 3:
🏃🏻‍♀️Run 3 minutes (treadmill or outside)
1️⃣Hop scotch F & B
2️⃣Burpee bear roll
3️⃣Squat + scissor
*️⃣3 rounds: 60/45/30

CIRCUIT 4:
🏃🏻‍♀️Run 2 minutes
1️⃣Traveling plank + frog jump
2️⃣Skate forward, high knees back
3️⃣Lunge shuffle (Thank you @passionfitness4life)

We are headed to beautiful Coeur d’Alene Idaho today for family fun and will be biking the Hiawatha trail and hitting Silverwood amusement park. I’m excited! I’ll be checking in through my stories!

🏃🏻‍♀️Run 4 minutes
1️⃣Side to side squats + sgl arm jump back (can modify with both arms)
2️⃣3 high knees + lunge kick
3️⃣Push-up + tuck jump

When it comes to losing weight and getting healthy, we’ve been trained as a society to get on the scale, look at that number, and use that number as the determining factor as to whether we’ve failed, or we’ve succeeded.

But weighing yourself on a scale is overrated because it’s really just one indicator of your health. It tells you your weight – and that’s it!

It doesn’t tell you about your muscle mass.

It doesn’t tell you about your core strength.

It doesn’t tell you about your bone density, or your heart health, or your lung capacity.

That’s why fitness and living a healthy lifestyle has very little to do with that one little number on the scale, and that’s why I encourage you to make your own measuring stick. What’s your personal vision of a happier, fuller life? Is it traveling abroad with your spouse? Is it playing in the park with your kids or grandkids? Is it running that marathon that's on your vision board? Improving the power in your tennis swing? Or is it simply having more energy throughout the day, so that you can perform at your peak level in your work?

Whatever it is, that measuring stick is unique to you. So sharpen your saw. Make your own measuring stick. And when it feels like stress is taking over, remember to just stop…breathe…and listen. Because when we learn to handle stress, it becomes less daunting. It starts to transform, from a cause of burnout and despair, and it starts to become the spice of life, like your own personal catalyst for self-improvement. 
And if losing weight is your goal, STOP OVERTHINKING IT. Just swap your usual lunch for a salad. Start your morning with a 10-minute morning stretch or workout. Drink more water. And don't forget to get good sleep. 
Yeah, eating chocolate-covered raspberries and staying up late binge-watching a show sounds like a good time, but you have to love yourself enough to take care of yourself..
