Sharpening the axe is an activity. Take the time and effort to invest in yourself.

This weekend I attended @thegymnasticscourse, a two-day course (this one led by @chuckbennington and @thouske), PACKED with knowledge that I will be bringing back to my gym @crossfit_naptown and also sharing here on WBD.
.
This is actually the SECOND time I’ve attended this course because I gained so much the first time, and knew I still had much more to learn. I HIGHLY recommend it.

My axe is sharp. Time to chop!
