What changed ? My hairstyle lol. I lost 11 kilos of body fat through Intermittent Fasting (85 to 74 in November) I kept on weight lifting so my muscle is still intact. I’m lighter, slightly smaller, much healthier, but still stacked up on the muscle thanks to all the heavy weight lifting. There’s a huge, huge difference between muscle and fat. -

When I’m on a bulk, my maximum weight is 76 kilos. My normal weight range is 72-74 kilos and that’s what I’m working towards. Back then, I’d dirty bulk and it would get out of control, but now that I know better, I do better 😊 I’m 5’6 btw (168cm). Currently I’m at 75 kilos. According to my last scan, lean muscle in my body = 48 kilos, aiming for the mid 50s by the end of the year. Also lowering my BF% which, isn’t easy as a woman and all these darn hormones. But the grind continues. -

Currently maintaining my lean bulk as I continue with my strength training program. Cutting season begins when I’ve gained a little more muscle. So the grind continues 💫

We crush our fitness goals on snow days home 🤘🏾. Saw this awesome circuit on the tube with @mrcalliet and decided to make an EMOM out of it. 🎶 🎶 been ballin by my brother @bigtrinmbm

WEDNESDAY WAS BACK & SHOULDERS🙌

Apart from Legs and glutes obviously, back is on of my favourite things to work💯 Wednesday night was Back & shoulders and yes I make some pretty ugly faces but I'm over it😂 Unfortunately I didn't film much as I had a lecture the next morning so was trying to get through the session as fast as possible🙏 Only filmed a few of Back💪  Anyway, it went really well, my chest seems to be completely healed now, I am still weary of it though😕 At least it finally feels like I'm delving back into my gym routine nicely😊 Hope you have a great Saturday❤️ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1️⃣ Lateral pull downs
