I definitely did not come in as conditioned as I would have liked regarding last week’s #npcborderklash2019 . This was due to several reasons (time crunch and my mental outlook going into the show are the biggest ones). Regardless of the result, this is another learning experience that I can reflect on in the future to ensure a better outcome for when I decide to compete again. Thanks for all of your encouragement 🙏
