There’s so many lies about money that we’re being told still to this day.. lies that we also believe. 🙄
All of these statements, are completely false. Don’t get fooled.
Rent is good, if you use the money you would put on your apartment or house payment on other investment. Put that money into yourself, or into other assets.
A big miss conception is that a house is always an asset, that’s wrong. It’s only an asset if you actually rent it out or flip it.
