What motivates you? What makes you keep pushing? What are the reasons?
Grind to become a better person. I've learned to isolate myself at the gym for years. The reason for that, to focus on myself alot more. I was able to zone out alot better and completely focus on my workouts. Those are my reasons for my actions!

🆙️Ultimamente vi ho raccontato delle moltissime novità a partire dal Test del Potenziale Genetico marchiato @xwoman_official ma non vi ho aggiornati sul mio percorso se non nelle stories. Quindi oggi mentre degusto il più classico dei "gelati" fit vi dico che sono tornata a cercare di mantenere il DIGIUNO INTERMITTENTE come standard, dato che le calorie sono scese e MENTALMENTE per me è MILLEMILA volte più appagante concentrarle in 2-3 pasti più ricchi e non fare colazione e spuntini vari. Per quelli del "ma la colazione è il pasto più importante", forse lo era per i minatori che poi rientravano a sera inoltrata, ma la scienza ha fatto qualche passo avanti da allora. Inoltre è scoppiato il caldo e io che bevo sempre come un cammello 🐫ora sto dando il meglio 😂 Il peso oscilla, si muove lento, ma a vista la definizione procede, ed è ciò che conta 😉 Non inchiodatevi sul numero della bilancia che è solo uno degli indicatori di direzione. Intese? Si torna a lavorare, oggi giornata a bassi carbo, questo dolcino di Skyr e mirtilli congelati è un toccasana🧁🤩. Li ho presi in fiera in Darsena questo weekend, non solo schifezze 😜 eheheh, voi ci siete state? E voi, come procede, con l'estate avete incrementato l'idratazione💦 o solo i cocktails 🍹🤣? These practices will continue to benefit you beyond your prime age. The struggles to make my health and fitness a priority is what kept me focused over the years. I struggle time after time, but I always tried to get better at making fitness a lifestyle and after so many years, fitness became just that. I was working out faithfully five to seven days during the week so just to realize that it is a process. Make time for your health/wellness and schedule everything around it. Doing so will always remind yourself to trust the process. You will soon be living out your goals of living a healthy and balanced life. I smile 😃 thinking back how far I have come in my fitness journey. As they say; building your physique takes time, it does not happen overnight.

I started young at 10yrs old and just went through the process of countless trial and errors. Fine tuning the process in college got exciting as I was experimenting things I learned in classrooms to myself. Fitness is a lifestyle that you have to commit to every day. The take away is to enjoy the process and never forget where and why you started. Keep flexing and stay strong everyone.

::Alarm goes off at 5:45a:: I thought: “F*%* it. I’ll workout later.” Hit snooze & rolled over in bed.

As soon as I shut my eyes, thoughts raced through my mind: “What if I don’t feel like working out later?” “What if I don’t have time?” “Ugh. I’ve done this before & it ends up NOT happening” “I’ll feel guilty if I don’t do it”

Needless to say, it’s really hard to get back to sleep when your mind is racing.

Skipping my #selfcaresesh wasn’t worth the anxiety that would come with not putting in the work SO— off to the gym I went and of course felt revitalized & ready for the day.

Being a #fitpro doesn’t mean you always want to be at the gym. We experience a lot of the same struggles our clients do.

Remember: you will NEVER regret working out.
