Crunchy Nut Cornflakes are really nice. So are Coco Pops. So are Honey Nut Cheerios.

I could easily eat any of the above for breakfast every day. But I make the conscious choice not to have them in the cupboard and not to get into the habit of eating them daily.

Please note, this decision doesn’t mean that they are a ‘bad food’ but I know that they don’t contain a whole lot of goodness (vitamins/minerals/fibre) and despite providing a decent number of kcals (because obv 30g isn’t an actual portion size), I know by having these for breakfast I will probably be raiding the fridge again in an hour because I’m hungry.

Make positive decisions. I’m going to choose to have oats/eggs/fruit & yoghurt for breakfast as a positive decision because I know doing that will leave me less hungry and provide me with more nutrients plus potentially more kcals for later in the day 🍷
.
Frame your behaviours and decisions in this way instead of ‘I can’t have that’, ‘that food is bad’, ‘this food is forbidden’.
.
And if you go home to your parents for bank holiday weekend and there’s Crunchy Nut Cornflakes in the cupboard, have a big bowl and enjoy the hell out of it 🙋🏻‍♀️

Chocolate smoothiebowl (recipe👇🏻) with coconutcream banana,nutbutter and berries😍
Ingredients for the chocolate smoothie bowl 👇🏻
▪️1 frozen banana
▪️1 avocado (or 1 more banana instead) (frozen if you want) ▪️2 tablespoon chiaseeds mixed with 0,4 cup (1dl) oat or coconutmilk mix well and wait around 5-10 minutes
▪️Cacao after taste (from @welloteket @motherearth.se ▪️Option; maca powder ▪️Some ses salt and vanilla powder
▪️Option; 1-2 scoop protein powder from @welloteket 
Option; some sweetener if you like sweet for example honey
Mix everything in a mixer 🙌🏻🤗

▪️2 msk chiafrön blandat med 1 dl kokosmjölk eller havremjölk (låt stå några minuter och rör om)
▪️Kakao efter smak från @welloteket @motherearth.se ▪️valfritt; Maca pulver ▪️lite Havssalt,Vaniljpulver ▪️valfritt; (om du gillar sötare använd lite sötning ex honung) skippa detta om du älskar mörk choklad och inte gillar när det smakar för sött som jag😅
