Non mi sono mai sentito così forte in campo, ho salvato palloni difficili, ho punito gli attacchi difesi, ho esultato quando abbiamo fatto punto.🏐

Per me questo è un periodo di cambiamento e di rinnovo, una strada migliore. .

💕 WHAT DOES FITNESS MEAN TO YOU?

Instagram fitness accounts can be full of inspiration & positivity, but can also fall into the trap of what’s “in fashion” right now, which seems to be big lips, defined abs, big bums 🍑, tiny waists, etc!

Please don’t feel like you have to be doing “fitness” the way everyone seems to be doing it on Instagram. If you love walking, do that. If you love 🏃🏽‍♀️ running outside that’s great, if you enjoy yoga 🧘‍♀️ or cardio or kick boxing 🥊...great! You don’t have to be squatting 🏋️‍♀️ & pumping all kinds of muscles to be “fit”. A lot of people ask me how they can get fitter, & what should they do in the gym because they don’t feel motivated to go.
My advice is to pick something you love & enjoy. If you absolutely love spinning, you’re more likely to turn up, you’re going to look forward to it, and you’re going to feel accomplished and happy in yourself.
If you love lifting weights, the same applies, you will turn up & stay motivated because you look forward to it. You should exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle, never use it as punishment for “bad meals” and don’t punish yourself for occasionally taking a day off

Fitness isn’t what’s “in fashion” right now, it’s about creating a healthy lifestyle where you feel strong & comfortable in your own body. Fitness isn’t a one size fits all, it looks completely different for everybody

& if it’s Sunday and you want to eat an entire pizza 🍕 wearing your workout clothes, with no intention of working out...that’s also fine 😅😉 you do you!

Loving yourself is not easy, definitely not. But it’s very important. I struggled years ‘till I excepted myself, as I am. My stretch marks and little scars made me feel embarrassed. I felt really lost in a world where everybody and everything tell us to be perfect, tho I was not. Then I realized that I don’t need to be perfect. And that’s the point. Everybody has their own insecurities, but that’s what makes us all different and beautiful the way we are. SELF-LOVE IS NOT SELFISH! Now I’m obsessed with becoming a woman who’s comfortable in her own skin. Shout out to everybody who’s working on loving themselves, to everybody making progress. 💕 If like myself you have a ridiculous sweet tooth, the sweet tooth of a child let loose in a sweet shop...except now you have your own money & are supposedly an adult and can go to the sweet shop literally whenever you want so it becomes v.dangerous! 😅😫 -
I am a true believer in balance, a bit of chocolate everyday, treat yourself 💁🏻‍♀️ however, if I truly ate all the sweet stuff my body really wanted then I would have none of my own teeth at this stage
