🤺This is me trying to get ahead before this coming week kicks my 🍑! I’m pretty sure i kicked my own butt with a brief, yet mighty, 25mins of super sweaty #HIIT . I work part-time #shiftwork with little to no childcare, which means most times i work #NightShift and sleep when my littlest is in pre-school for the morning twice/week and oldest is at school. It certainly is a challenge that has me so grateful for a husband that is a fantastic hands-on Dad with a fairly flexible schedule. 🙌🏻 For some reason this week i am working over 45 hours 🤔 (#DontKnowHowThatHappened ) with only one full day of childcare and a million #MomTasks in there as well 🙈😬. I don’t know about you guys but #AskABusyPerson is a motto that seems to work for me when I’m busy. The more I have to fit in, the better i manage my time and get !$h done. Thankful for quick #HIIT workouts and whatever exercise i can get to keep my energy up & neurons firing💥.
