4-5 medium zucchini, rinsed and spiralized (or a pack of store-bought Zucchini Noodles)
4 tablespoons butter, divided
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon hot sauce (we used Sriracha)
1/4 cup (60ml) low-sodium chicken broth
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Crushed red chili pepper flakes, optional
Slices of lemon, for garnish
Marinade

👩🏻‍🍳 recette healthy 🍏🍮 Flan pomme/vanille sans sucre 🍮🍏
❗️Pour calmer mes fringales de sucre quand je rentre de l’hôpital à 22h sans conséquence et sans culpabilité 😅 ✅mon astuce pour ceux qui travaillent en horaires décalées comme moi : dîner léger au boulot et garder son  dessert pour la maison. Ce flan fait partit de mes recettes idéales et très légère.
Mélanger
- 80 g de farine semi complète - 40 g de flocons d’avoine - 30 g de whey vanille
- 3 œuf - 500 g de fromage blanc
- 300 ml de lait de soja vanille 
Verser la préparer dans un moule et décorer avec une pomme coupée en tranche et des amandes effilées 
Mettre au four 30min à 200*
Laisser bien refroidir au frais avant de déguster ❤️

I’m at that point of a holiday when I struggle to remember what day of the week it is but I got there in the end.... 3 years ago and after many failed attempts and having to flush a lot of cheesecake down the toilet.

A ked vydrzite trosku dlhsie, nepapat 😂 strudla krasne zmakne a nebude chrumkava, co mne vyhovuje viac😂 pri foteni sa mi uz cakat nechcelo 😂 idealne je ju nechat na noc v chladnicke 🥰
