🤣🤣 #noseriouslythough What God wants to do in our lives is only limited by how how much of our life we give to Him. If God can make a fireflies butt light up, think about what God can do for you. Surrender to God and let Him use you.

➵ "I wish I had your life." When I used to hear this, the word, “WHAT,” would always pop into my mind in wonderment. These words always tugged at my heartstrings because I knew they had no idea of the path the Lord had me walk. They saw glimpses of my life, kind of like a quick commercial, but they didn't see the "behind the scenes" work it took to get that amazing commercial. Some may have wanted my life because I was on TV or in the modeling world, but those aspects of my life didn't give them a clear picture of my day to day life. They saw pictures in a magazine, but they didn't see the blisters on my feet from pounding the pavement to countless castings to be in the magazine. They may have seen me on TV, however they didn't see the many doors that were closed in my face with the rejections that I had to endure. They saw invitations to exclusive parties, but they didn't see all of the nights I stayed in alone to protect my walk with the Lord from compromise or corruption. They saw dollar signs, but in reality, I was barely making ends meet because I had a "not for sale sign" on my soul.
You see friend, the Lord doesn't want you to wish you had anyone else's life. Maybe their grass looks greener than yours at the moment because what you are seeing is artificial turf?! Maybe it isn't real?! Maybe your own heart is trying to deceive you by persuading you to believe that they have the "perfect life?!" "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick.” (Jer. 17:9) We can see snapshots of someone else's life, but we don't see all of the twists, turns, roadblocks, delays, mountains, valleys, or breakdowns they have had to overcome. The Lord knows our frame and what each one of us can handle. (Psalm 139) Instead of wasting our numbered days, imagining our lives as someone else's, we can choose to redeem the time and celebrate the life we have been given by our Creator, fulfilling the call He has specifically and uniquely designed just for us. Your life is one of a kind and not worthy of comparison. Whenever you feel less than, may you declare, "I am more than enough through HIM." May you always remember, JESUS believes you are worth dying for. ➵ 👑 ...
Someone needed to hear this today. 💖 ...
My Papi used to say “If you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready!” Let’s start this week by setting ourselves nip for success. Think of what you’ve been asking God to bring to pass in your life and do the work necessary so you’re prepared to receive the blessing! Get ready, stay ready until God moves.
Drop a 🙌🏾 in the comments if you know your blessing is right around the corner and you want to be ready for it! ...
This song has been my anthem lately.
I’ll raise a hallelujah in the presence of my enemies. I raise a hallelujah louder than the unbelief. I raise a hallelujah, my weapon is a melody. I raise a hallelujah, heaven comes to fight for me. - @bethelmusic
Those words are incredibly encouraging when you are in a valley you could have sworn would have been over a year and a few hundred miles ago. But, I am here: raising up a hallelujah in the middle of a storm. To raise a hallelujah in the middle of the mysteries of life, to give Him the glory when all seems less than glorious. That’s where freedom is found, y’all. It isn’t some crazy compound theory, it’s Jesus. It’s grace. It’s reckless. It’s LOVE.
Friend, if you find yourself in a valley too, I am praying with you and for you, right now. I am declaring chains will break, in Jesus’ name. I’m trusting it all to Him, I am praying that you will too. Lord, be near to those who are far away. Run to those who are running away. Let your amazing grace fall like rain, and hear the hallelujah we are raising up to You.
