Wahhhh! Travel came just when I absolutely needed it, the past 12 days have been nothing short of amazing. My favorite people and the absolute unknown. I kept thinking, “holy shit, I had no idea how beautiful this would be.” 💫
“Traveling is like flirting with life. It’s like saying, ‘I would stay and love you, but I have to go”
And now I’m sitting at our usual airport bar in Toronto reliving everything and drinking a brewski. Cheers to you, and happy Saturday!! ...

Beedni Bugyal , Uttrakhand , India.
It's march 2013 and me and my close friend have drove down from Delhi to WAN village(550 KM's) to visit the Beedni bugyal when it's covered in snow.
We started our trek from village wan with our guide and a Potter and reached gehroli pataal campsite by early evening. From this point onwards the trek had a steep incline and was all covered in snow.
We stayed at the small igloo shaped fiber huts and enjoyed our evening sharing stories with our guide. The snowfall started around late Evening in the higher regions and had some effect of it at our campsite as well. It was quite and experience.
Next morning the weather was clear and we marched towards Beedni. The trek was all covered in snow and it was getting difficult to walk. However , the scenery compansated well and the views around were spectacular. After a strenuous climb of 2 hours we finally reached Beedni. The scenes around here were breathtaking. Then we did a parikrama across Bedni kund (barefeet) in knee deep snow. It was like you are walking over hundreds of needles. But this feeling lasts only for a minute and then you can't feel a thing. LoL.
We enjoyed a lot here and also a lot of famous peaks from here like Nanda ghunti , Trishul , Bander Poonch etc.
The picture above was taken by my friend of me walking across Beedni Bugyal in March 2013.
