Preparation- 3 + 1/2 hours
Cooking time- 2-3 minutes (Per doughnut)
Makes- Approximately 20 doughnuts
Level- Medium

Ingredients for the doughnuts
-330ml of warm dairy-free milk (I use unsweetened almond)
-14g of dry yeast
-75g of golden caster sugar
-600g of self-raising flour
-1/4 teaspoon of salt
-100g of melted dairy-free butter
-2 egg replacers (I use Vegan Egg)
Ingredients for the filling
-Berry jam (of your choice)
Ingredients for the frosting
-100g of dairy-free butter -240g of icing sugar
-1  teaspoon of vanilla bean paste (You can use extract)
-1 teaspoon of dairy-free milk (if needed)
+
-Sugar (to roll)
-Berries (for decorating)

To make the doughnuts
Step 1- Place the warm dairy-free milk into a bowl and sprinkle over the yeast and sugar, stir, cover with a tea towel then put into a warm place for around 10-15 minutes until frothy.
Step 2- In a separate bowl, combine the flour & salt and stir.
Step 3- In another separate bowl, add in the melted dairy-free butter and vegan egg substitute.
Step 4- Combine the dry mixture, yeast mixture and egg mixture into a bowl and stir.
Step 5- Mix with a hand whisk or attach a dough hook to your stand mixer and begin to knead on medium until nice and smooth.
Step 6- Pop the dough into a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a tea towel and place into a warm area (I place mine in my conservatory) and allow to prove for around 2-3 hours or until double in size.
Step 7- Once doubled, turn the dough out onto a floured surface and roll out until around 1/2 inch thick.
Step 8- Using a cookie cutter, cut out circles and place onto a lined baking tray.

With this weather all I want right now is a cold creamy delicious treat ☀️ . WHAT A TREAT 😂 1ST LAYER: 2 cups medjool, 1/3 cup almonds, 1/2 cup oats, 1/3 cup coconut, pinch of salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp agave, and 1 tbsp vanilla extract. 2ND LAYER: 2 frozen bananas, 1 fresh mango, and 1 tbsp agave. 3RD LAYER: 2 frozen bananas, 1 cup frozen raspberries, and 1 tbsp agave. Freeze each layer for at least 30 min before adding the next layer. Freeze the entire thing for at least 1 hour or until solid. 1 heaped tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp tamari/soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
crack of black pepper
1/2 lemon, juiced
water to thin

mix all of that together until it forms a smooth paste! coat ur tofu with the pb marinade and place them on a lined baking tray! bake the tofu for 20 mins at a 200C oven! and BAM!

paired with: quinoa, kale, green capsicum, cucumber , avocado , sea seeds and a sprinkle of hemp seeds!

INGREDIENTI 
65g granulato di soia
120g acqua salata
50g capperi
30g olive nere
50g cipolline
4 pomodori maturi
20g farina di lupini
Una spolverata di pan grattato
Spezie (io origano, peperoncino, salvia) 
PROCEDIMENTO 
Con un coltello creare una cavità in ciascun pomodoro. Svuotare la cavità, semini compresi e passare 6-8 minuti i pomodori in forno microonde, io ho usato la modalità forno a 500w.

Reidradate la soia con acqua bollente salata, coprite con coperchio e attendete circa 15 min finché la soia assorbe tutta l'acqua. Aggiungete i restanti ingredienti (eccetto il pan grattato) e frullate tutto.
Disponete il ripieno nelle cavità dei pomodori, spolverate con pan grattato. Sulla base della teglia ho messo poco vino e aceto, cuocete per 30-40 minuti in forno a 190 gradi.

Veganism Is The Next Logical Step For Extinction Rebellion
'It's important that we work together to achieve change. Animal agriculture is the leading cause for the climate crisis.' The energy from Extinction Rebellion (XR) is entirely contagious; it is passionate and driven, though it is also logical and peaceful. It is the movement environmentalism so desperately needed. And its rhetoric is persuasive and energizing.

I believe that every vegan ought to back XR with all the energy they can muster. They need to help guide it, so it can realize it needs to take a stronger and more proactive stance on veganism, to achieve its aims.

Declaring a climate emergency is important. Getting governments and local councils to listen is vital. None of these successes matter, though, if there are no steps in place afterward to tackle the climate crisis.

We need to propose solutions and we need to change the entire system if we are to survive. We simply cannot carry on the same way and Extinction Rebellion realizes this, but it needs to consider it in much more detail.

I also welcome the inclusiveness of the movement. We need as many people involved as possible to tackle the biggest issue the world faces. I also applaud Extinction Rebellion for suggesting that vegan food should be brought along to its gatherings.

We need to tackle climate change with diet change and more of Extinction Rebellion members need to realize this. They need to become vegans and they need align themselves with vegan groups because we both have the same environmentalist agenda. - Plant Based News
